Download and Install

File Download: When you have clicked “Download”, a file download window will appear. Click “Open” to install the game program.
Welcome dialogue: Click “Next” in the welcome dialogue that appears
Select Destination Directory: Click “Next” to continue the installation process or click “Browse” to change the destination directory to which the game program is installed.
Ready to Install: Click “Next” to install the game program
Installation Completed: Click “Finish” if you would like to start playing. If you do not wish to start playing, deselect the check box for launching the software and click “Finish”.

Register

The game program is by default placed on the desktop and under Programs on the Windows start menu. Start the software by clicking on it.
Press the “NEW USER” button to register if you are a new player or fill in your user name and password and then click “LOGIN” if you have registered before.
If you are a new player, fill in the preferred User Name and Password and verify the Password. Please observe that it is important that you remember the user name and password. Click “OK”.
Fill in the required PERSONAL INFORMATION. Click “OK”. You are now registered and can start using the casino. If any information is missing, a window will appear informing you of the missing information.

The Lobby

After you have logged in to the Casino, the Lobby appears. The Lobby is the core of the Casino where you preview and start games, view Jackpot and balance information as well as access all other information and options that are available to you in the Casino.

In the game selection window (1) you select and start the game of your choice. You can play by yourself (single play), together with other people (multiplayer) or practice so that you feel comfortable when starting to play for real money. For each play mode, there are a variety of different game types and games to choose from. If you have closed this window, you can open it with the GAMES button.

The Jackpot window (2) shows a continuously updated overview of the Jackpots in the Casino. If you have closed the Jackpot window, you can open it via the Jackpots option in the shortcut menu (MENU button).

In the Casino menu (3) you find controls for different options and functions.

Menu Overview

The Casino menu provides you with a variety of options as well as information about your game account. Next to the MENU button there are "quick buttons" for easy access to different options.

	Click to open or close the Casino shortcut menu.
	Click to open or close the game selection window.
	Click to go to the "bank" (cashier) to make an account deposit or withdrawal. The Cashier can also be opened via the CASHIER button in the Casino shortcut menu.
	Click to turn on/off full screen display of the Casino.
	Click to read your player messages. Player messages can also be opened via the PLAYER MESSAGE button in the Casino shortcut menu.
	Click to turn on/off the sound.
	Click for help. The help can also be opened via the HELP button in the Casino shortcut menu.

Balance Info

Your total balance is continuously shown in the bottom left corner display that is visible both from the Lobby and the games. The Balance Info dialogue, accessed via the shortcut menu, provides you with more detailed balance information. In the latter dialogue your total balance is split into account balance and bonus balance.

The account balance is the maximum amount that can be withdrawn. The bonus balance consists of bonus money for which wagering requirements have not yet been fulfilled. Note that the bonus money will be lost if you make an account withdrawal before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, i.e. whenever you have a bonus balance. The total balance is the sum of the account balance and the bonus balance.

Personal Info

In the Personal Info dialogue, you can review and change the personal information which you entered during registration. All personal information except for date of birth, account number and username can be changed. Click CHANGE PASSWORD button to open the dialogue to change your password.

Game History

In game history, you can review and confirm the outcome of the rounds you have played. When entering the Game History, you are first presented with a list of the game sessions that you have played. A game session consists of all the game rounds played in a particular game, before the game was exited. Use the FIND functionality at the top of the window to only show the game sessions for a particular day or game.

By selecting a game session from the list, the Game History window is updated to show a list of all game rounds within that session. The list provides detailed information about the settings and outcome of each game round. By clicking on a certain game round, the outcome is also presented graphically in the lower part of the window.

The CLOSE button closes the window.

Comp Program

The complimentary program, also called comp program, awards you based on your wagering in the casino. The program is point based, i.e. you are awarded a predefined number of points for every ten units of money wagered. For example $10 wagered is equal to a predefined number of points in a dollar casino. Earned points can then be converted to real money.

Click on the COMP PROGRAM button in the shortcut menu to access information about your comp points. The comp program window shows from which games different points are collected as well as the number of points received for each ten units of money wagered (FACTOR).

Click on the HISTORY... button for information about previous comp program point conversions. The date for each conversion, the summarized points, and the amount that was credited to your your account is shown. Click CLOSE to return to the comp program window.

Click CONVERT to convert collected points to real money and credit the amount to your account (this action is also triggered automatically on the 15th of every month). One unit of money is awarded for every 100 points. For example $1 is awarded for 100 points in a dollar casino. Amounts of less than 100 points cannot be converted.

The CLOSE button closes the comp program window.

Refer a Friend

Click on the REFER A FRIEND button in the shortcut menu.

Enter your friend's name and e-mail address in the appropriate fields and click SEND. The referral will be confirmed by the casino. Click CLOSE to exit the information window.

When your friend makes his or her first deposit, you will receive an e-mail to notify you that a referral bonus has been credited to your bonus account.

To refer additional friends, simply repeat this process.

The referral agent will not receive a bonus if the referred individual creates a new account at the casino, but will use an e-mail address that is different from the one referred to by the referral agent.

Player Message

Your Casino operator can send messages to you to inform you about new campaigns, upcoming maintenance activities etc. Depending on the priority of the message, messages are either displayed instantly in the Casino or you open the Player Message window to read them. You are always notified when you have received a new message. Click PLAYER MESSAGE in the Casino shortcut menu to open the player message window (you can also click the quick button).

The list of messages shown can include a maximum of ten messages. The oldest message in the list is deleted if more than ten messages are received.

To read a message, double-click on it in the list. Click BACK to return to the list of message.

To delete a message, click once on it in the list. You have to confirm that you want to delete the message. You can also delete a message when you have read it by clicking DELETE (you have to confirm that you want to delete the message).

The CLOSE button closes the window.

Jackpots

The Jackpot window presents an overview of the Jackpots in the Casino. The Jackpots listed are the highest Jackpots for each game. All Jackpots are displayed for the highest denomination. By clicking a game in the Jackpot window, the game selection window is updated to present you with a preview of the selected game. The top display in the Jackpot window shows the highest Jackpot in the whole Casino.

You can sort the Jackpots listed by clicking the game heading or the Jackpot value heading. If you close the Jackpot window, you can open it again via the shortcut menu.

Cashier

To make an account deposit or withdrawal, enter the bank area by clicking the CASHIER button in the shortcut menu. The Cashier can also be opened with the quick button.

Help

Using the built-in help application you can learn more about playing in the Casino. Click HELP in the shortcut menu to open the help application. Help can also be opened with the quick button.

Exit Casino

The EXIT CASINO button is located in the shortcut menu when accessed from the Lobby. You can also exit the Casino by clicking the cross in the top right corner of the Lobby window. If you are playing a game, you must first exit the game before you can exit the Casino.
